Suil na Mara

Suil Na Mara is a deceptively spacious, four bedroomed cottage style home on the edge of the village of Arinagaur with off road parking and a large garden area with railed decking area to the front. The walk down to the village is less than 10 minutes. The house has a lovely position, with a good view of the church and the sea beyond that. Internally there are two double bedrooms, one with a twin zip link bed which can either be two twin beds or one super king and one with king sized four poster bed. There are also two twin rooms, main bathroom, upstairs shower room with wc and basin, porch and fully equipped lounge/kitchen/diner. Ground Floor:
Bedroom 1 – king sized four poster bed and large walk-in wardrobe and storage shelving. Windows with view towards sea. Bedroom 2 – Two single beds with large walk-in wardrobe and storage shelving Family bathroom – with bath, WC, basin and separate shower. Hairdryer available Large walk-in understairs storage cupboard Kitchen/Diner area – modern kitchen with ceramic hob cooker with top and bottom oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard for eight guests, including cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils plus many labour saving gadgets . Breakfast bar with two bar stools. Dining table with six chairs (extra chairs are available) Lounge area – large corner sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD with bluetooth soundbar. Patio doors with views towards sea. Multifuel woodburner. Access to decked area.

First floor:
Bedroom 3 – Twin beds, Chest of drawers. Velux window, black out velux blinds.Wardrobe Bedroom 4/Upper lounge – zip-link divan (super king or 2 singles), Chest of drawers. Seating area and coffee table to make the most of the panoramic view, Velux windows. Velux blackout-blinds, wardrobe. Dividing/privacy screen. Bathroom with shower, wc and basin.

I will send you the link to the booking form and ask for a deposit of £100 for each week booked, if the date of rental is more than 8 weeks away. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the date of rental and I will send you a confirmation and receipt of your deposit via email . If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount will need to be paid immediately, upon receipt of which you will receive confirmation, receipt of your payment and details of where to collect the keys etc via email.

Please note: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IN THE HOUSE DOES NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER ALLOWED, i.e. 8 PEOPLE AND POSSIBLY A BABY IN A COT. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT THE SHARED SEPTIC TANK IS NOT COMPROMISED OR OVERLOADED.

Low Season: £750 per week; ~Jan 6th to 31st, Feb, March (excluding Easter when it falls in March), October and November. 1st to 20th December 

Mid Season: £800 per week -April (excluding Easter), May, September. 

High Season: £850 per week, June, July, August, December 21st until 5th Jan, Easter (When it falls in April)

Book two weeks consecutively in low season and receive a 10% discount. Long weekends and short breaks considered in low season.
