Acha Mill
Acha Mill is a beautifully converted water mill available for those who seek a delightful place to spend a holiday. Acha Mill dates back to the mid-1800s, and was converted to a holiday home in the 1980s.
It consists of five bedrooms spread over 3 floors, being three double rooms and two singles.
All linen, duvets and towels are provided and inclusive within the price.
The large kitchen-dining room is a central feature of the house, and every effort has been made to ensure that it is well equipped with modern conveniences. A chest freezer is provided, as well as 2 fridges, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
There is a bathroom with toilet, shower room with toilet, and also an en-suite toilet for the top floor double room.
There is FreeSat TV, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker with iPod docking station, along with a small selection of DVDs, board games and books.
The property benefits from oil central heating and a multi-fuel stove in the snug room, for which some kindling and coal or logs are provided. Energy Performance Certificate rating = 43 (Band E).
There is a reasonable 4G signal to the house, with both Vodafone and EE being currently accessible. There is no fixed wi-fi, so feel free to bring a mobile wi-fi router.
Acha Mill is surrounded by garden with a small stream, along with a large patio area.
The village of Arinagour is about 3 miles away and Coll's wonderful beaches are within a short drive of the house.
