Hebrides Flat

Welcome

Hebrides Flat is situated above The Island Café in Arinagour with beautiful views over Loch Eatharna. The flat is suitable for up to 7 with 3 bedrooms comprising one double, a triple (one double and one single bed with room for a travel cot) and a further twin room. Both the double and the twin rooms  have sea views. The living room and dining area make a great social space for families, with a long table and benches (hand-made on Coll) which can seat 10 comfortably. The lounge has a sea view and overlooks the bay and has plenty of comfy seats, a smart TV and WIFI. There is also a large stock of books, games and playing cards to keep you entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Towels and bedding are provided. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and sink.

We hope you will find everything you need in the flat but if anything comes to mind during your stay please let us know. The flat will be ready by 2pm on your day of arrival and we ask that you leave by 10am on the day of departure. Between these two times the flat will be set up for the next occupants.

Arrival:

It is worth remembering to book your car onto the ferry at the earliest opportunity as it often gets booked up in the summer. Foot passengers and cyclists don't usually need to book in advance.

If you are arriving on foot or by bike then please let us know and we'll arrange for you to drop off your bags whilst the flat is being cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

There are several places to visit in the village including An Cridhe, the fantastic community centre with its Saturday market from Easter - October. The Island Café, Post Office (Acarsaid), Ross of Coll, Coll Stores, Isle of Coll Distillery and The Coll Hotel are all on the the doorstep of Hebrides Flat.

The Coll Hotel is open for lunches from midday until 2pm and again for evening meals in the restaurant. You will need to book for this. The comfortable and friendly bar has a wide selection of drinks with a pool table and darts.

While in the village or An Cridhe look for notices of events as there is always something going on. An Cridhe has a playing field and indoor sports hall suitable for badminton, table-tennis, netball, indoor hockey and football. There is also a well-equipped gym. For details, see www.ancridhe.com.

We do hope you'll enjoy your visit to the wonderful Isle of Coll - just relax and make the most of your stay at Hebrides Flat.
