Suil Na Mara is a recently built, four bedroomed house on the edge of the village of Arinagaur with off road parking and a large garden area with decking to the front. The walk down to the village is less than 10 minutes. The house has a lovely position, with a good view of the church and the sea beyond that.
Internally there are two double bedrooms, one with a twin zip link bed which can either be two twin beds or one double and one with king sized four poster bed. There are also two twin rooms, main bathroom, upstairs shower room with wc and basin, porch and fully equipped lounge/kitchen/diner.
Pillows and duvets are provided but please provide your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and duvet covers – these can also be hired on the island by following this link: Linen hire
Accommodation is as follows:
Bedroom 1 – king sized four poster bed and large walk-in wardrobe and storage shelving. Windows with view towards sea.
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds with large walk-in wardrobe and storage shelving
Family bathroom – with bath, WC, basin and separate shower. Hairdryer available

Kitchen/Diner area – modern kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer Kitchen is fully equipped for eight guests, including cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. Breakfast bar with two bar stools.
Dining table with six chairs (extra chairs are available)
Lounge area – large corner sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD. Patio doors with views towards sea. Access to decked area.
Bedroom 3 – Twin beds, Chest of drawers. Velux window, black out velux blinds.Wardrobe
Bedroom 4/Upper lounge – Double/2 x twin zip-link divan, Chest of drawers. Seating area and coffee table to make the most of the panoramic view, Velux windows. Velux blackout-blinds Wardrobe. Dividing/privacy screen.
Bathroom with shower, wc and basin.

To make a booking: Contact me via telephone, landline is best or via e-mail. I will take all of your details and ask for a deposit of £100 for each week booked if the date of rental is more than 8 weeks away. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the date of rental and I will send you a confirmation and receipt of your deposit in the post. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount will need to paid immediately, upon receipt of which you will receive confirmation in the post, receipt of your payment and details of where to collect the keys etc.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IN THE HOUSE DOES NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER ALLOWED, IE 8 PEOPLE AND POSSIBLY A BABY IN A COT. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT THE SHARED SEPTIC TANK IS NOT COMPROMISED OR OVERLOADED.

Low Season: £600 per week, Mid Season: £650 per week: High Season: £700 per week Available Saturday to Saturday. Book two weeks consecutively in low season and receive a 10% discount. Long weekends and short breaks considered in low season.
